Our Inspiration
Sri Krishna, a nature-loving environmentalist, exceptional cowherd, and unparalleled artist, is best honored by raising cows sustainably and promoting the arts. This vision led to the creation of the magnificent Goushala.
Inspired by Shree Krishna's childhood with cows, as depicted in the Bhagavat, the Goushala embraces his legacy. Krishna first sang and played the flute while grazing cows.
He has taught us the importance of marrying art and culture with nature to create a complimenting environment which will fill one’s heart with ecstasy.
At our Goushala, we prioritize nurturing cows in an open environment where they graze freely and enjoy daily Classical Arts performances.
Shri Krishna Temple
As if to reinforce the dictum,” Where cows are there, Shree Krishna is there too!”, the construction of the Shree Krishna Temple was started as if by a stroke of divine serendipity
The temple being built is in lines with Kerala Vastu Shastra. We are using only, Red Laterite Stones, Rubble, Wood, Copper and Roof Tiles in the construction of the temple. Each measurement of the temple is accurately done to the inch and the designs replicate the Traditional temples. The entire budget of the temple is budgeted to be approximately INR 4 crores.
We fervently pray and hope that the Prana Prathistha of our beloved Shree Krishna to be done on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Trithya- 30th April, 2025. Accordingly the work of the temple is in full swing.
