Before proceeding, kinldy take note of the following:

1. All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. This has been done so that there is no misuse which can cause inconvenience to other artists. So please make your bookings only when your travel is confirmed.

2. Extra beds are available in all Room Options except the Dormitories. For extra bed, please add an extra Adult as each Extra Bed is chargeable at Rs. 500/ bed even if required for the child. Kindly make the booking accordingly so that there is no inconvenience at the time of check-in.

3. In case, there are more adults than the base occupancy level in each room, the adult will be charged at Rs. 500 per adult. Kindly make the booking accordingly so that there is no inconvenience at the time of check-in.

4. Food for all visitors and artists are available in the Goushala for all meals from Breakfast to Dinner.

5. Each room will provide you with Fresh Towel, and Bathing Soap.

6. Check In and Check Out time is 12:00 pm. Please make your bookings accordingly.

7. Bekal Gokulam Goushala is only facilitating the Bookings on behalf of all artists so that inconveniences for the artists can be reduced.
