1. Once a program confirmation has been received and finalised, no changes will be made in the Schedule regarding date or time.

2. Please reach the office of Parampara Vidyapeetam 2 hours prior to your allotted slot

3. You will be given an opportunity to perform Goupooja at Goushala before your performance.

4. The expected attire for Male artist is Dhoti(Mundu) and Angavastra ( shawl) and for Female artist is traditional attire (no sleeveless). This is applicable for all Sangeeth programs.

5. The organisers expect the artists to stick to their given time schedule to enable the organisers to make necessary arrangements.

6. An artist's performance may be followed another performance. Please don’t take more than 5 minutes for the arrangements for your programme and make way for the next artist.

7. The Vidyapeetam has made arrangements for videography/ photography for every performance. We request you not to use any of your gadgets which may disturb the audience.

8. Food will be arranged for all the participants at Goushala.

9. If you or any of your family members wants to perform Gou pooja or Gou daanam, can be done at Goushala.
